Delete Your Account & Data

HaggleBuddy is operated by Haggle & Dende Limited, Kaduna, Nigeria.

HaggleBuddy uses anonymous accounts — we never collect your name, email address, or phone number. Your account is a randomly-generated identifier that stores your price reports, points, and Pro subscription status.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@hagglebuddy.com with the subject "Delete my account and data".
2. To help us locate your anonymous account, include roughly when you used the app and any price reports you remember submitting (item, market, approximate date).
3. We will confirm and permanently delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your anonymous account and its identifier
• All price reports you submitted
• Your points, badges, and AI usage records
• Your Pro subscription record on our side (the subscription itself is managed — and can be cancelled — in your App Store / Google Play settings)

What is retained

• Aggregated market statistics (e.g., average tomato price at a market) that can no longer be linked to any individual
• Records we are legally required to keep, if any, for the mandated period
